SCHOOL REBATE PROGRAMS
MySchool is a unique initiative that brings together business partners, consumer supporters, and schools to collaborate in building a better future for learners in South Africa. The fundraising program empowers approximately 350,000 parents and community-minded individuals to support education by using MySchool supporter cards.
When supporters make purchases with one of MySchool’s partner businesses, a percentage of the transaction is donated to their chosen beneficiary school. Supporters receive monthly statements tracking their transactions and funds raised for the school.
Please note that the MySchool card is not a debit or credit card. It acts as a tool to collect valuable data on transactions and the funds raised for each school.

The Makro School Rebate Programme rewards parents for shopping at Makro by donating a percentage of the profit from their purchases back to the school every six months. Since the programme uses the existing Makro card system, there are no extra fees involved—meaning 100% of the rebate goes directly to the school!
To participate, simply link your Makro card to your child’s school and choose the nearest Makro store to the school. That’s all you need to do.
Please note, only purchases made at the selected Makro store closest to the school will qualify for the rebate. Once linked, your school will receive a percentage of the profits every time you shop at that store.
